Weather Cancellation Policy:
GYBO reserves the right to cancel / postpone scheduled event for safety reasons (e.g., predicted thunderstorms, hail, winds in excess of fifteen (15) mph) and will issue a rain check to Customer for deposits and / or confirmed payments received. The Rain Check shall be valid for a period of two (2) years from the cancelled event date. Rain checks will not be given if inclement weather conditions occur after the unit has been set up. Customer is responsible for monitoring weather conditions throughout the rental period for safe operations.
What if it rains?
In the event it starts raining, winds exceed fifteen (15) miles per hour (mph), or if lightning occurs; have participants exit, then turn the blower off. Unplug the blower/extension cord from the power outlet and wait for the weather to subside. Once the weather subsides, wipe the unit and blower dry, and then re-inflate the inflatable as previously instructed by the GET YOUR BOUNCE ON Representative during set-up.
