Delivery & Rental Period Information

Rental Period

Base rental duration is for a full day, often delivered the evening prior to stay overnight for free.  Inflatables & Dunk Tanks are available for outdoor use from March through October when temperatures are 45°F or higher. Inflatables can be set up indoors year-round (where space allows). 

➢ The standard cutoff for single day rental is 8:00 PM. Pick up times are dependent on optimized routing. 

➢ If your event lasts past 8 PM, you can choose after-hours pick up on our checkout form. After hours pick up is available as late as 10 PM, at a flat rate of $30/hr. Events lasting beyond 10 PM will be billed at the two-day rate.

➢ Ex: Your party lasts until 9 PM, pick up will be between 9-10 PM for $30.

Party lasts until 10 PM, pick up will be between 10-10:30 PM for $60.

➢ Short notice reservations (under 24hrs) can be made on a case-by-case basis. Please call us directly to discuss availability if you are wanting to reserve next-day or same-day service 385-350-3939.

Flexible Delivery & Pickup Times for Seamless Planning

➢ Delivery and pick-up times are subject to optimized route planning and operational efficiency. We carefully plan our routes to save fuel and time, ensuring that your event starts flawlessly and that we are being good stewards of earthly resources.

➢ Ahead of Time Delivery: Rentals are always set up & ready to enjoy no later than the scheduled start time, to avoid any delays to your event. We advise scheduling the rental start time for at least 1 hour prior to your event start time.

➢ Clear Communication: We will text to notify you of your delivery window once our route has been set; typically a day or two in advance. An adult must be on site to show us the intended setup area and discuss any questions that may arise.

➢ Pick ups: We always plan to arrive after your chosen end time to ensure no disruption to your celebrations. Pick-up may begin as soon as your chosen rental end time, but may be later depending on our workload. You do not have to be present at pick up time; we just need access to the power outlet and rental equipment, and any dogs or other pets contained to ensure everyone's safety.

Same-Day delivery and Pick-Ups:

➢ Residential rentals usually stay overnight. Please let us know if special circumstances require same-day service for a home rental.

➢ Same day delivery and pick up service is standard for reservations at schools, businesses, churches, other organizations, or public parks. 

➢ Same-day service is also available for private parties hosted at non residential venues with specified time constraints (indoors at a gym, church, etc). 

➢ Fees may apply if specific delivery or pick up time is needed. 

Weekday Reservations:

Monday - Friday. Delivery either the evening prior or the morning of your event. Pick up approximately a full day later.

Saturday Reservations:

➢ Delivery either Friday evening between 5-8 PM, or Saturday morning between 8-11 AM. Dependent on outdoor temperatures & optimized routing.

➢ Saturday pick ups are between 5-8:30 PM, depending on event end time. 

➢ Saturday rentals must end no later than 8 PM to qualify for the single day rate.  If your event ends past 8 PM and you do not wish to pay for after hours pick up; it will be billed at the two-day rate and the equipment will remain on site until Monday morning. We do not pick up on Sundays.

➢ After hours pick-up is available until 10 PM at a flat rate of $30/hour.

Party lasts until 10 PM, pick up will be between 10-10:30 PM for $60.

➢ Please note that waterslides require at least 2 hours of inflated dry time before pick up. You may continue to use the slide as it dries.

Sunday Reservations:

Our team takes Sundays off for faith and family. However, we can accommodate Sunday rentals within the following guidelines.

➢ Same day, Sunday-only service is not available.

➢ Delivery Saturday evening 6-8 PM / Pick-up Monday morning between 9-11 AM.

➢ Sunday rentals are subject to adjusted pricing.

Holidays:

Holidays such as 4th of July and Pioneer Day are the busiest time of year for our business. Due to high demand, there will be a cost increase reflected at checkout if you choose to rent during peak holidays.

Since 4th of July 2026 is on a Saturday, rentals will be delivered either Friday evening or Saturday morning, and will be picked up on Monday, July 6th. Sunday is included in the single day rate for this holiday.
